We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this Agreement will immediately cease, and you must stop using the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or free from interruptions.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or data resulting from the use or inability to use the App.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us, our affiliates, partners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or your violation of this Agreement.
We may modify or update this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted within the App or on our website. By continuing to use the App after such changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised Agreement.
